From The Future Featured in Report on Small Business’ Social Media Use

From The Future was featured in a report from The Manifest on how small businesses are investing in social media in 2018.

The Manifest is a sister site of Clutch, which had previously featured True Voice Media in its top agency rankings in 2015 and 2017. True Voice Media was acquired by From The Future earlier this year.

Some of the key findings of The Manifest’s report include:

  • 92% of small businesses plan to invest more in social media this year.
  • 58% of small businesses still want to increase their spending on Facebook marketing, despite the recent Cambridge Analytica scandal.
  • 46% of small businesses advertise on social media and are moving more resources from traditional marketing to do so.

Included among the findings is some insight from Jeff Gibbard, From The Future’s Chief Social Strategist. Jeff’s full quote is below:

“I generally advise that businesses use an outside resource for strategy, especially small businesses. The average small business simply does not have the time to keep up with the speed and complexity of social media and advertising changes while also running its business. An outside strategist can provide the right direction, ultimately saving the business time and money.”
