Pond Lehocky Stern Giordano had just finished re-launching a newly designed website on SilverStripe CMS, and had lost a significant amount of their organic rankings and traffic, leading to a decline in overall lead volume.

They were losing ground in local Google search results for their priority keywords, had a mess of broken pages and lead forms on their live website, and were seeking a long-term partner to come in, clean things up, and build assets to support their initiatives to be the best workers compensation law firm in America.


FTF was engaged to immediately clean-up any and all broken pages and forms on, which included revamping the entire user experience of the mobile version of their responsive website.

As CMS Experts we were able to quickly get up to speed on the nuances of their individual SilverStripe CMS build. Once we understood the way all of their views were built around their 3rd party integrations, we could redesign and rebuild their mobile UX, and move their front-end lead forms over to a mix of SharpSpring (which was integrated with their phone support team software) and Gravity Forms.


Over time the SEO, UX, and Conversion teams at IFTF have rebuilt most of the website (while staying in SilverStripe, a specific requirement of the Client) to support higher conversion rates, more efficient lead forms, and to rank higher in Google’s organic search results.
