WE GET RESULTS
KicksUSA had already established a devoted customer base across its brick and mortar stores in Philadelphia, selling sneakers from top brands including Nike, adidas, Under Armour, and more.
When the leaders at KicksUSA wanted to expand the company’s growth by moving toward the online marketplace, they brought on IFTF as their digital partner to support the launch and growth of their Magneto e-commerce website.
KicksUSA had aggressive goals for online revenue and inventory turnover.
They needed to expand the website’s overall footprint for commercial keywords and lock down top organic rankings on Google. To make this goal a reality, their internal marketing team identified the need for comprehensive keyword data, competitive SEO analysis, and a scalable link building strategy.
IFTF built a comprehensive keyword matrix that captured the universe of non-branded keywords KicksUSA.com should have been targeting for SEO. This included keyword prioritization and campaign development to focus on driving direct and assisted conversion from organic search. In addition, secondary KPIs for Kicks were to increase the average online order value and directly increase e-commerce conversion rate.
In the first year working with KicksUSA, IFTF increased the number of overall keyword rankings for KicksUSA.com by 4,241% and page one rankings by 487%.
By designing, deploying, and scaling link building campaigns for Kicks, IFTF was able to increase the net number of linking domains by 240% in the first year, and then 407% in the second year.
The net results for the main KPIs—traffic, revenue, and conversion rate—delivered by IFTF were a 97% increase in organic traffic, 123% increase in revenue from SEO, and a 16% increase in e-commerce conversion rate from organic traffic.
