From the Future is in an exciting position where we have seen YoY growth, and we are looking for a Contract Director of Client Services to help us keep the momentum through building long-term strategic partnerships focused on driving significant ROI for our clients; allowing us to expand client engagements over time and exceed set revenue targets.
As our Contract Director of Client Services, you will be challenged to build a solid foundation for how we partner with and service our clients, for our account team to take forward and grow.
This is a new role for our team, so having a proven record of providing top-notch service to clients and growing a book of business (preferably in an agency setting) is crucial.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity.
What you’ll do:
Client Relationship and Account Management
From onboarding to the occasional offboarding, you will set the tone for how our Account Management team services their individual books of business.
This includes, but is not limited to, how we identify and communicate clients’ business strategy needs, setting the benchmark for client success, serving as a point of escalation for resolving client concerns, streamlining communication between internal teams and clients and acting as the driving force for delivering exceptional work.
Builds and maintains superior relationships with all clients to facilitate successful, long-term relationships. Own the business case and plan, including upsells, renewals, and cross-sells across the client’s organization
Process Development and Project Management
You will have the opportunity to develop and provide feedback on internal processes to ensure that seamless transition between client and SOW requirements through the delivery services process.
You will be encouraged to define how we organize client files for ease of retraction, monitor team workload, balance resources as necessary and translate client needs into project plans for e project teams to execute upon.
Leadership and Team Development
As the leader of our Account Management team, you will provide guidance and seek out development opportunities for your team of client services professionals; helping them to develop strong partnerships, so that they are able to drive results that align with their clients’ business objectives and key metrics.
You will also be tapped to mentor your team, encourage interdisciplinary knowledge sharing and foster their ability to find creative solutions to both internal and external challenges to ensure collaborative and informed work.
Cross Team Partnership
Through collaboration with senior-level team leads and department directors, you (and your team) will own the process and set the standard for how we manage upsell/cross-selling opportunities and contract renewals, solutions consulting, and delivering exceptional products.
You will also partner with our Executive Leadership team to build client P&L.
What you’ll need:
- 10+ years of experience managing agency clients and at least 5+ years managing a team
- Excellent writing, copy/editing skills and general communications skills
- High level of detail-orientation, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- A deep understanding, or strong interest, in best practices in business
- Ability to work on a team or independently
- HR and PR strategy experience is a big plus
